Dear Dr. Aguirre, 

It has been a year since my surgery and I just wanted to send you a note to say Thank You, once again!  This last year has been just wonderful for me and I can honestly say YOU are a big reason for that!  I have become a new woman and I have an entirely new outlook on my life.  My self-esteem is renewed and I am taking better care of myself (25 pounds down and counting!) AND I have been having the best time with the new man in my life!  I am so glad that Google led me to you!  I told you before how you are my hero and I'll say it again and again!  Thank you so much for what you do- you mean the world to me!

I'll be seeing you in the future when I get a little closer to my weight loss goal.  In the meantime, take care and may you always be happy, healthy and successful!

Dear Dr. Aguirre,
It was good seeing you at my recent check-up.  I can' t believe it has been 6 years since my Total Prolift and TVT sling. The surgery allowed me to continue my busy and active lifestyle; without the fear of urine leakage. I have not had any bladder problems. Everything is working so well. I put that lift and sling to the test every day; whether I am hiking, skiing, working out, or walking my dogs. It is one more thing I don't even have to worry about it!  Thank you Dr. Aguirre!
